How to Make A Vegan Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

This is my first new post on Black homesteader and I am excited. I am also excited I found some fresh raspberries at the farmers market this weekend, and so I decided to make a smoothie bowl. I am still learning how to garden on the small space I do have, and I haven’t made the move to growing fruit at this time, so I still have to buy things like this. I find the best way is to visit farmer’s markets or even get a CSA Box.

Smoothie bowls are super simple to make and you can also remix them to your own liking by adding different types of fruit. I did manage to grow some mint, so I added it in the bowl for an extra kick. It was great!

I wanted to share my recipe, but again, feel free to add or remove fruit to your own tastes.

  1. Cut banana in half and add raspberries and almond milk to blender. Scrape sides to mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into bowl, and add banana, chia seeds, raspberries and mint to garnish.
