While I don’t have a gluten allergy, I do appreciate finding food that is free of GMOs, or genetically modified organism like the products from Little Northern Bakehouse. If you are looking for a bread option (when you don’t make your own) then I would recommend you find these at your local grocery store.
Vegan Gluten Free Bread Options
I found these at my local Sprouts grocery store, but make sure to check their website to see if they carry this brand. I grabbed some hot dog buns, and some bread to go with my fresh batch of homemade strawberry preserves. You can use my rose honey recipe if prefer something else on your toast. You can also use them for sandwiches.
Eating For Me - Benefits of Going Gluten Free
I mentioned that while I am not gluten free, I am certainly someone who is concerned about their diet. There are several benefits to adopting a gluten free diet:
– Promotes healthy weight loss
-More likely to replace breads with fruits/ vegetables (or with Little Bakehouse Gluten Free, Vegan breads)
-Increase in energy levels
– Promotes gut health
-Reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancers
I love that there is a bread on the market that is a healthier option for me, and vegan. Make sure you pick these us for your next sandwich, hotdog, or any sort of creation you can think of. Again, visit Little Northern Bakehouse for details on where to buy.
